Acceptance
By activating and using Zbounety you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Your license key grants one person the right to use Zbounety on the number of devices included in your plan (Starter: 1, Pro: 2, Business: up to 5). License keys are personal and must not be shared, resold or published.
Billing
Plans are sold as monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime keys and are billed manually. Monthly and yearly keys remain active for their period and can be renewed. Lifetime keys do not expire. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change for new purchases.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for using Zbounety in line with the laws of your country and the terms of WhatsApp and any other service you scan, including any rules about contacting people and handling personal data. You must have a legitimate reason to save the numbers you save.
Anonymous usage statistics
To operate the service and display overall totals (like the live counters on this website), the app periodically sends an anonymous count of how many numbers it has saved — a number only, never any personal data, and at most once a day. By using the app you consent to this anonymous, aggregate reporting. It contains no phone numbers, names, or message content.
The service as-is
Zbounety automates saving numbers that are already visible to you on your own device. It is provided “as is”, without warranty. We are not liable for missed numbers, misread numbers, duplicate contacts, or any indirect loss arising from use of the app.
Availability
Activation and updates depend on our licensing server. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. A lifetime key continues to work for the app version it was issued for even if a future version changes.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
